A "Research & Development Program" is available through P.E.A.K.S., for the purpose of improving organizational systems. The R & D program employs qualitative research methodology to meet this aim through interviews, surveys, and focus groups.  Additionally, various theoretical paradigms may be incorporated for analytical and reflective purposes.
