Dr. Edward L. Myers has an extensive and diverse background in the education, behavioral science, and organizational development fields. Ed earned his doctorate from Temple University’s College of Education, within the Department of Policy, Organizational & Leadership Studies, and B.S. / M.Ed. degrees from East Stroudsburg University. He also completed a post-graduate certification program in educational administration at Alvernia University, and he completed post-graduate work in education, behavioral science, and research design at Saint Joseph’s University. As an instructor and adjunct professor at Temple University, Neumann University, Alvernia University, the BCIU / Albright College collaborative, and his very own P.EA.K.S. Educational Systems, Ed developed various courses and programs, and published his work in the areas of leadership & organizational development, peak performance, financial management, mentoring, adolescent learning & development, and instructional design. He has served academia as the founder and executive editor of the Journal of Ethical Educational Leadership (JEEL); executive editor of the Journal of Education Policy, Planning and Administration (JEPPA); and as a peer reviewer for Current Issues In Education (CIE), the Journal of Education & Research, SAGE Publications, and the European Journal of Contemporary Education. For more than two decades, Ed has gained valuable experience as a school leader, adjunct professor, instructor, coach, and counselor in the public high school, college/university and community agency settings. P.E.A.K.S. Educational Systems serves as a conduit for Ed's teaching and instruction in various personal and organizational development sectors. With each of his services, programs, and pursuits, his goal is to "create good days, great experiences, and positive outcomes for everyone involved."
