P.E.A.K.S. Educational Systems offers programs that are centered on developing the knowledge and skills necessary for individual and organizational succes. Each program focuses on a "conceptual, constructivist approach to learning" that seeks to create in-depth understanding and meaning for each participant. P.E.A.K.S. operates through the fields of education, behavioral science, and business management to fulfill the mission of improving the personal and professional performances of individuals and organizational team members.  “Systems thinking” serves as the foundation of each P.E.A.K.S. paradigm. The programs are geared toward positive changes in performance through two educational means: 1) knowledge & skill enhancement, and 2) the analysis and evaluation of individual and/or group processes. The end products include the possession of new knowledge bases and behavioral pathways that are aligned with success.
